Define Phase: CTQ, TRY, Process Mapping, Measure Phase: Measuring problem in depth, C&E, FMEA, SIPOC Diagram. Analyze Phase: Causal Analysis, Central Limit Theorem, Confidence Intervals, Hypothesis Testing, Sampling, ANOVA, Improve Phase: Experimentation on solutions, Design of Experiments, EVOP, Regression Analysis, Control Phase: Response Surface Designs, Control Methods, SPC, Lean Sigma, Process Control Plans, Projects will be assigned to participants to solve real company problems.
