Cost of Quality:  (1 day)
This is an important Quality Tool that measure's the quality of each department in terms of conforming and nonconforming costs and link it with financial costs and balance sheets. In this way Cost of Quality of every department becomes a controllable entity in terms of money. The objective is to link the quality with product and process costs to enhance control over quality and productivity. The course provides a complete methodology to implement this tool in organizations through the company's established quality system and the involvement of the financial personnel.


EHS Manager’s Training Course: (5 days)
This course provides the comprehensive knowledge and skills on all key aspects of environment, health and safety management. It would equip the participants with EHS tools and techniques, and would also enable them to design and implement the EHS Management System in their organizations.  Besides adding value to their organizations it would be a great service to the society/country. The course is valuable for organizations which are either planning or running EHS Management Systems, which include ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.


Fire Safety, Rescue and First Aid: (2 days)
We are all aware of the losses caused to human life and property due to fire and industrial accidents.  In order to ensure workplace safety and non occurrence of such incidents, the company needs to have emergency preparedness systems. The relevant staff and personnel have to keep themselves abreast with the latest techniques and sound management of accidents.


ISO 17025 Lab Management Systems: (3 days)
Throughout the world, modern testing and calibration facilities are obtaining laboratory accreditation to demonstrate their technical competence to perform specific types of testing, measurement and calibration.  The criteria for accreditation are based on an international standard, ISO/IEC 17025 which is used for evaluating laboratories.  This criterion assesses factors relevant to laboratories i.e. their ability to produce precise and accurate test and calibration data including:  competence of inspectors, validity and appropriateness of test methods, traceability of measurement and calibrations to national / international standards, test equipment, test environment, sampling, handling and transportation of test items/samples.


Leadership & Quality Control Skills for Supervisors: (2 days)
Supervisors are the back bone of our industries. They are playing a crucial role in our industrial production and development. It is not just their technical abilities but also their leadership & quality control skills which makes the difference between a strong and weak supervisor. Many companies do not arrange for their training and development, consequently they remain weak in running the shop floor effectively and also face problems in their day to day activities. This course focuses on developing the leadership qualities and quality control skills of supervisors.


Performance Management: (2 days)
Performance Management is an important function of every manager, to effectively judge the performance of his team and the team members.  Lack of direction and non-specific feedback on performance can lead to de-motivated and under-performing employees.  This workshop is designed for the professionals to learn key factors for setting effective performance objectives, techniques to identify the strategies for optimizing performance and follow-up of appropriate processes for coaching and counseling the employees.  The workshop will also provide an opportunity to master the key skills in giving and receiving feedback.


Project Management: (2 days)
Project Management is the application of knowledge, skill, tools and techniques to manage project activities. Effective Project Management requires planning and setting priorities in order to meet deadlines and achieving customer satisfaction. This course, based on PMP® Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), focuses on sharing project management processes and best practices. It also aims to giving the participants a high-level exposure of PMI Project Management methodology which will help them to prepare for more advanced courses on project management and ultimately for the PMP examination. The course will also include exercises on project management tools and knowledge areas.


Quality Assurance in Higher Education: (1 day)
Higher Education Commission (HEC) has asked the universities in Pakistan to establish a Quality Enhancement Cells and launch Quality Assurance Programs. To establish this department, the management of every university requires foundation training in this discipline.  Programs like ISO 9001 and other Quality Assurance tools must be learnt and implemented.  This training program is valuable to achieve an effective quality function and setting the right quality assurance procedures in the universities/colleges.  This program focuses on quality strategies, frameworks and implementation methodologies. 


Quality Assurance in Schools: (1 day)
Quality Assurance is relatively a new field in the education sector of Pakistan.  With rapid growth of education sector, the overall quality of education has gone down considerably.  Most of the principals, headmasters and administrators are seriously looking for ways and means to deal with the issue of quality in their schools.  However, without any organized framework, model or efforts, they are unable to improve and sustain their performance.  This one day workshop is highly valuable for setting up a quality school.  It introduces proven strategies, mechanism, and framework for Quality Assurance. 


Statistical Quality Control using Software: (2 days)
Effective analysis of data is one of the success factors of any organization.  All leading world-class national and multinational companies in Pakistan have trained their relevant staff on the use of statistical tools, for an effective and objective analysis of problems, trends and issues.  All quality circles and improvement teams also use these techniques for problem solving.  Statistical tools are essentially used for inspection and testing of production, vendors, and performance data of all the departments.  These tools can help in making the quality and performance reports very effective and meaningful.  All such quality reports provide depth to root-cause analysis and increase the core competence of organizations. 


Total Productive Maintenance (1 day)
Poor maintenance of machines and plants is one of the biggest quality issues of industries in Pakistan.  Companies suffer huge production losses due to frequent breakdowns of machines and plants.  TPM enhances the quality, life cycle and performance of equipment and machinery in the industry. It sets a mechanism at the work place and in the production to prevent all types of losses, including breakdowns, wait time, idle time, and manufacturing wastage.  It basically deals with quality control in maintenance and improves the performance of machine utilization.
