Introduction
The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management (BS-IM) has been specially developed by the Superior University with its collaborating partner PIQC Institute of Quality to cater for the present and future needs of the national and international industries / organizations.
In the present day industry around the globe, there is a need for graduates who have both the technical and management abilities to manage the technical / industrial organizations. Only engineering or management education independently is now considered insufficient. Therefore, the combination of both the engineering and management aspects of industries are essential to cater for the needs of progressing industries. This BS in Industrial Management program is specially designed to provide a broad-based knowledge and skills to students to build their technical and management abilities in industries. It provides a sound foundation in the fundamentals of manufacturing technologies, engineering and management.
This program is primarily for the students who intend to build their career as entrepreneur or in industrial leadership. It is based upon the coherent core themes of manufacturing leadership, industrial processes, business functions and management systems. This program is targeted at the technical and managerial posts of technical / industrial organizations.

Program Objectives
The aim of this degree program is to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, having sound foundation of industrial management, professional ethics, national values, critical thinking and capable to manage the industrial organizations. This course work provides them the confidence to take an active part in the progress of the society through strong management practices. Students will be exposed to the theory and modern industrial management practices / approaches along with hands on practical experience of tools and techniques being used in common industrial technologies.
Admission Criteria
The candidates desirous to seek admission in BS Industrial Management should fulfill the following criteria:
- F. Sc., ICS or I.Com : The candidate must have passed Intermediate with Science, Computer Science, or Commerce with minimum 1st Division from a recognized institution; Matric with science is necessary; or
- B.Sc.: The candidate must have passed the B.Sc. Examination with minimum 2nd Division from a recognized institution with a combination of any Science subjects.
